Between the constant steam and the wild temperature swings, those heating elements are basically fighting a losing battle every single day.&#xA;For anyone managing a facility, there&amp;rsquo;s one specific headache that keeps coming back: the five-year mark. That&amp;rsquo;s usually when things start to break.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;the-problem-with-permanent-heaters&#34;&gt;The problem with &amp;ldquo;permanent&amp;rdquo; heaters&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Most mirror heaters are either glued in or hard-wired right into the frame. It&amp;rsquo;s a nightmare. When one tiny tube burns out, you can&amp;rsquo;t just &amp;ldquo;fix&amp;rdquo; it. You usually have to rip out the entire mirror assembly. It&amp;rsquo;s wasteful, it&amp;rsquo;s expensive, and it&amp;rsquo;s a huge pain.&#xA;So, we did things differently. We went with a modular design.&#xA;Instead of one giant, permanent system, we put the heating elements into independent cassettes. If a unit gives up the ghost after five years, you don&amp;rsquo;t toss the mirror. You just swap the module. Simple as that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
