What’s Inside?
Inside, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz tube that gets hot—fast. The halogen cycle keeps the element stable even at those high temperatures, and the quartz envelope handles the shock of starting up so quickly. The whole thing connects with an R7s connector. It’s a standard, reliable interface that locks the lamp in place and keeps the contact solid. And it’s a straight swap for many existing fixtures, so you can replace the lamp without rewiring the whole thing.
